Restaurant Inspections: 62 at Myrtle Beach Sushi Spot

Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, Myrtle Beach – Failure to correct critical violations found by a health and safety inspector will result in a downgrade and/or enforcement action at a popular Myrtle Beach sushi restaurant that received a score of 62 this week, which is lower than a C grade.
Factors contributing to that score of 62 at Soho in Myrtle Beach include thawed raw fish sitting out at 78 degrees, a hand sink removed from the dish area, not correctly sanitizing dishes, improper record keeping for tuna and wastewater disposed of in an unapproved fashion.
Six other area restaurants received B scores.
